Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or major holidays
  • During high-volume periods (sales, promotions, holidays), processing times may be slightly delayed

Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Please note: These are carrier estimates and not guaranteed.


Shipping Restrictions

We only ship to locations where hemp-derived products are permitted. Additionally, THC Drinks are not eligible to ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx; as such, these items are limited to local pickup and delivery only.

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel and refund orders that cannot legally be shipped
  • Refuse service at our discretion

It is the customer’s responsibility to understand their local laws before placing an order.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier:

  • The Green House is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages
  • We do not issue refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered

If you experience an issue:

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly
  • Check with neighbors or your local post office

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refund or replacement
  • If the package is returned to us, we may offer reshipping at the customer’s expense

Order Issues

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Incorrect

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photo or video proof

We will review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Split Shipments / Inventory Availability

Due to inventory across multiple locations:

  • Orders may be fulfilled from different locations
  • In rare cases, items may become unavailable after purchase

If this occurs, we may:

  • Cancel and refund the affected item
  • Contact you with alternative options
