Ordering
How do I place an order?
Browse our site, add your items to your cart, and check out securely. You’ll receive an order confirmation email as soon as your purchase is completed.
I didn’t receive a confirmation email—what should I do?
Please check your spam or promotions folder. If you still don’t see it, contact us and we’ll confirm your order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, but if your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to assist. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
Can I pick up my online order in-store?
No—online orders are not fulfilled in-store.

Shipping
Is this a delivery service like DoorDash?
No—The Green House is not a local delivery service. All online orders are processed and shipped through the mail using a carrier.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier.
What carrier do you use?
We primarily ship via USPS, however in some cases we may use UPS or FedEx depending on order circumstances.
This typically happens if an order requires additional processing time (such as out-of-stock confirmation, address corrections, or fulfillment delays). Our goal is always to get your order shipped out as quickly and reliably as possible
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes—once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over $100 (before taxes and discounts).
My tracking says delivered, but I didn’t receive my package. What should I do?
Please check around your delivery location and with neighbors first. If still missing, contact USPS directly. If needed, we’re here to help guide you.
Strains & Product Selection
Can I choose a specific strain when ordering?
We do not guarantee specific strain availability for online orders.
Our strain listings are updated weekly based on current inventory at that time. Due to high demand and inventory movement, availability may change after updates.
What can I choose when ordering?
Customers can select:
- Tier (Low, Mid, AAA)
- Type (Indica, Sativa, or Hybrid)
We fulfill orders based on current availability within those selections.
What if I want a specific strain?
If you have a specific strain preference, please email us at tghsupport@gmail.com before placing your order. We’ll let you know what’s currently available.

Are your products legal?
The Green House only offers products that comply with applicable laws at the time of sale. However, laws—especially in Texas—are subject to change.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to understand and comply with your local laws.
Can you ship to my state?
We ship to most U.S. states, but some products may be restricted based on local regulations. Orders that cannot be fulfilled will be canceled and refunded.
